This software is provided without any warranty.
We make no warranties or representations as to the suitability of the program for any particular purpose, nor that the functions contained in the software will meet the requirements of either businesses or end customers, nor that the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore, we make no warranties that the software conforms to, meets, or complies with the requirements set by laws, regulations, generally binding legal provisions, or the requirements of any public administration authority.

To the maximum extent permitted and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any lost profits, revenue or sales, for loss of data, or for any other costs incurred in procuring substitute goods or services, for personal injury or property damage, for business interruption, for loss of business information, nor for any other special, incidental, or consequential damages howsoever caused. We provide the software "as is" and any further use thereof is at the user's own responsibility and risk.

Upon granting the license, the authors will provide the user with the license data necessary to operate the program in its fully functional (so-called live) version. The user must not disclose the license data to any third party. With the author's consent, it is possible to transfer the license rights to another person or company.

The program is distributed in electronic form. After the payment is credited to our account, the customer will receive the license key for the program and installation instructions via email. The tax document is sent in electronic form.


The user may install, open, display, run, or otherwise use the Software Product only on as many computers as correspond to the type of license owned.
A "Computer" means a computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, pager-type device, "smartphone", or other electronic digital device on which the Software Product can be accessed.

The KaPiGraf program does not need to be installed.

The license entitles the user to run one copy of the Software Product on one Computer. In the case of running the program over a network (from a server or shared disk), the resulting license is multiplied by the number of accessing computers plus the license of the host computer.

Technical support for the KaPiGraf product is provided by email only as standard (kapigraf@kapizone.cz).

The content of these license terms may be changed at any time without notice.


WITHOUT AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, THE KAPIGRAF PROGRAM CANNOT BE OPERATED.
